Required registrations (organizational): Applicants must complete and maintain all registrations before submission and keep them current: SAM (active; renew at least annually; CAGE code for domestic entities), NCAGE (for foreign organizations, in lieu of CAGE), Unique Entity Identifier (UEI via SAM.gov), eRA Commons (with at least one Signing Official and one PD/PI account), and Grants.gov (requires active SAM).
