Key organizational eligibility and restrictions: - Intramural phase: Only NIMH intramural laboratories (within the NIH Intramural Program) may apply on behalf of intramural candidates. Transition to the extramural phase requires an extramural appointment. - Extramural phase host: Must be an eligible U.S. institution. At the time of award, the candidate must hold a full-time appointment at an academic institution. - Foreign entities: Non-domestic (non-U.S.) institutions are NOT eligible to apply…
