The NIH Research Education Program (R25) aims to support educational activities that improve training opportunities in biomedical, behavioral, and clinical research fields. Its goals include preparing a skilled workforce to address national research needs, attracting individuals with specialized backgrounds to research careers in these sciences, and enhancing the understanding of research and its impacts.
