- Sponsoring institution must assure support for the proposed program, including adequate staff, facilities, and educational resources. - Institutions with existing NRSA (e.g., T32) or other Federally funded training programs may apply provided the proposed educational experiences are distinct from those receiving federal support; programs may complement ongoing research training at the applicant institution. - Foreign organizations are not eligible to apply; non-domestic (non-U.S.) components …
