This grant opportunity encourages researchers to analyze existing community-based or clinical datasets to better understand the causes and development of substance use behaviors and their effects, including health risks and resilience in mental health issues. It also focuses on guiding the creation and delivery of effective prevention and treatment services for substance use disorder and HIV. Applicants cannot collect new data; they must use existing datasets.
