This grant opportunity invites researchers to analyze existing datasets, either public or community-based, to enhance understanding of the causes and progression of substance use behaviors and their impacts, including related health risks and the development of psychological disorders. The goal is to inform effective strategies for preventing and treating substance use disorders and HIV. Applicants should note that collecting new data is not permitted for this grant.
