The SAMHSA program aims to create a PTTC Network that offers training and support services to the substance abuse prevention community, including professionals, upcoming professionals, organizations, and others involved in prevention efforts.

The purpose of this SAMHSA program is to establish a PTTC Network to provide training and technical assistance services to the substance abuse prevention field including professionals/pre-professionals, organizations, and others in the prevention community.
