Limited to State animal food safety (animal food regulatory) programs. Applicants must: (1) maintain an FDA inspectional contract in good standing by completing all agreed inspectional work, audits, and associated compliance/regulatory activities; (2) have an FDA contract that includes performing comprehensive animal food inspections under 21 CFR Part 507 that is representative of the state’s firm inventory and supports risk‑based inspection frequency; (3) ensure the contract results in a minim…
