*Who May Submit Proposals: Proposals may only be submitted by the following: - All jurisdictions that currently participate inEPSCoR are eligible to submit workshop proposals. Non-EPSCoR institutions and individuals may participate in the collaborative workshop activities, but they cannot lead the workshop proposal effort, nor can they be recipients of NSF EPSCoR funds.
