- Program: NSF EPSCoR Facilitation of EPSCoR Collaborations (FEC), formerly “Track-2”
- Purpose: Strengthen research infrastructure and R&D competitiveness in eligible jurisdictions by funding multi-state, collaborative STEM projects aligned with the NSF Strategic Plan.
- Who can apply: Investigator teams that include researchers from at least two EPSCoR-eligible jurisdictions. Partnerships can involve higher education, government, and industry.
