Program Director/Principal Investigator (PD/PI) eligibility and application restrictions: - Only single PD/PI applications are allowed; multiple PDs/PIs will not be accepted. - Eligibility to apply is limited to PDs/PIs who, at the time of application, are PD/PI on at least two NHLBI R01‑equivalent awards (defined as R01, DP1, or DP2). At least one of these must: (a) be a single‑PD/PI award; (b) not be in a no‑cost extension (NCE); and (c) not be an NIH‑defined clinical trial unless it qualifie…
