Additional Eligibility Information
Lead applicant organizations must be accredited doctoral-granting institutions of higher education at which the dissertation candidate is registered and matriculating. Individuals cannot apply directly. Not eligible to apply as lead: For-profit organizations; foreign (non-U.S.) institutions; non-domestic components of U.S. organizations; organizations described in section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code that engage in lobbying.
