Foreign/Non-domestic eligibility: Non-domestic (non-U.S.) applicant organizations are eligible only if they are in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), as defined by the World Bank (low-, lower-middle-, or upper-middle-income economies). Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. organizations are eligible to apply. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed.
