Additional Eligibility Information
Applications will be accepted from U.S. institutions and from non-U.S. (foreign) institutions only if they are located in countries classified by the World Bank as low-, lower-middle-, or upper-middle-income (LMICs). Foreign organizations in high-income countries are not eligible as applicant organizations. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. organizations are eligible to apply.
