Description
The Tennessee General Assembly established a grant in 1993 to help children in high-risk environments, such as those affected by poverty, substance abuse, domestic violence, and dysfunctional families. Local education agencies (LEAs) can use this grant to create Family Resource Centers (FRCs) in schools.
