Additional Eligibility Information
Key restrictions and conditions: - Initial mentored (intramural) phase applicant: Only NINDS may submit the application on behalf of eligible intramural candidates. NINDS is NOT eligible to apply for the extramural phase. - Extramural phase host institutions: After an initial award is made to an NINDS intramural applicant, the extramural phase may be carried out at: (a) public or private U.S. institutions of higher education; and (b) U.S. for-profit or non-profit institutions that are affiliate…
