Description

Funding supports projects that disrupt illicit procurement and financing networks used by China and Russia to obtain sensitive goods and technologies, exploit global supply chains and the U.S. financial system, and evade sanctions. The goal is to strengthen the real-world implementation and enforcement of U.S. and partner-country sanctions and economic measures worldwide, helping protect international trade and financial integrity and curb military modernization supported by illicit trade.
