This grant aims to fund projects that innovate how senior nutrition programs serve older adults with behavioral health conditions. The objectives include identifying barriers and supports in congregate meal settings, creating and applying best practices tailored to these seniors' needs, and sharing resources based on tested methods. All resources must comply with accessibility standards. Projects should be scalable across the aging services network and show proven advantages.
