Description
This grant aims to support organizations in developing and enhancing evidence-based programs that prevent falls among older adults and adults with disabilities. Recipients will form partnerships and employ innovative strategies to improve the success of these programs. The grant encourages collaboration, resource creation, education, and the sharing of best practices. Additionally, grantees will be responsible for evaluating their programs' impact on reducing falls and fall risks.
