This grant offers funding to support and improve national hotlines that provide crucial services, like crisis intervention and support for crime victims across the U.S. This includes upgrading service quality, serving more victims, and supporting staff to prevent burnout. The following categories of applicants are invited to apply:

  • For profit organizations other than small businesses
  • State governments

  • Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education

Additional Eligibility Information
State Government Entities: For the purposes of this NOFO, "state" means any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
