This grant opportunity is aimed at enhancing victim service programs across the U.S. and its territories, focusing on various victim groups. It offers funding for:

  1. Services to Child and Youth Victims: Grants up to $500,000 to support children and youth (17 years or younger) who have been victims of crime.

  2. Services to Elder Victims: Grants up to $500,000 for serving individuals aged 55 or older who have been victims of abuse, fraud, or exploitation.
