This grant opportunity aims to improve the support for individuals with alcohol use disorder (AUD) by focusing on five key areas: 1) increasing access to AUD treatment, 2) enhancing the appeal of AUD treatment, 3) analyzing cost structures and insurance for AUD treatment, 4) researching how to effectively spread and use proven AUD treatment methods, and 5) reducing health inequalities to help close the treatment gap for underserved populations affected by AUD.
