Additional Eligibility Information
Foreign/Non-domestic entities: Non-domestic (non-U.S.) entities are not eligible to apply. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. organizations are not eligible. Foreign components, as defined in the HHS Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed. Applicants may not include collaborators or consultants from foreign institutions.
