Description
The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) funds a variety of projects each year in Pennsylvania's Appalachian Region, which spans across West Virginia and parts of 12 other states. The initiatives aim to create jobs, enhance infrastructure like water and sewer systems, improve education readiness, expand healthcare access, support community strategic planning, and provide technical and managerial help to new businesses.
