Description
This grant aims to boost the economic well-being of different areas within the Commonwealth and supports the development and revitalization of sites, whether previously used (Brownfield) or new (Greenfield). It offers financial incentives for TIF (Tax Increment Financing) projects by providing credit support. This helps these projects gain better market access and reduce capital costs by guaranteeing bonds or loans.
