The NHLBI plans to publish a funding opportunity for creating a Clinical Coordinating Center (CCC) to lead multi-site clinical trials related to its research mission. These trials should follow the NIH clinical trial definition. The grant will be awarded through a cooperative agreement and will be coordinated with another funding opportunity for a collaborating Data Coordinating Center (DCC).
