Institutional commitment: The sponsoring institution must assure support for the proposed program, including adequate staff, facilities, and educational resources. Overlap with existing programs: Institutions with existing NRSA institutional training grants (e.g., T32) or other federally funded training programs may apply, but the proposed educational experiences must be distinct from those receiving federal support.
