The OVW Training and Technical Assistance Initiative offers direct training and support to help current and potential recipients of OVW grants. It aims to improve their ability to carry out projects related to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.   • Private institutions of higher education

  • Unrestricted (i.e., open to any type of entity above), subject to any clarification in text field entitled "Additional Information on Eligibility"
  • Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities

  • Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
  • Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
Additional Eligibility Information
Eligible applicants for the TA Initiative are national, Tribal, statewide, or other nonprofit organizations. Eligible applicants must have the capacity to provide TTA on a national level to current and potential OVW recipients and subrecipients in the United States and U.S. territories.
