Nanoscale Interactions
National Science Foundation
Description
The Nanoscale Interactions program supports research to improve understanding of how nanomaterials interact with biological and environmental media. It is part of the Environmental Engineering and Sustainability cluster. The program is interested in one- to three-dimensional nanostructures, nano-bio hybrids, quantum dots, and other nanoparticles. Research areas include studying interactions at interfaces, developing predictive tools for sustainable solutions, examining the effects of nanopar…
The Nanoscale Interactions program is part of the Environmental Engineering and Sustainability cluster, which also includes: 1) the Environmental Engineering program; and 2) the Environmental Sustainability program.
