This grant aims to fund clinical trials that test the effectiveness and safety of products for new uses or labeling changes to meet unmet needs in rare neurodegenerative diseases affecting children and adults. The goal is to support collaborative and innovative trials that will increase approved treatments and positively impact drug development for these rare diseases.
