The Emergency Solutions Grant – CARES (ESG-CV) is a federal grant program funded by the CARES Act of 2020 to support homeless assistance during the coronavirus pandemic. Its goal is to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the impacts of coronavirus among homeless individuals and families.
