Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) offer administrative supplements for certain types of research grants to cover unexpected costs within the approved award scope. These supplements require prior approval and are handled by the Grants Management Officer. While requests may be submitted, there is no guarantee of fund availability. Applicants should discuss requests with the awarding NIH Institute or Center (IC) and review IC-specific requirements online before applying.
