The NIH INCLUDE Project aims to enhance the health and quality of life for people with Down syndrome by expanding the skilled clinical research workforce. Foreign/Non-domestic entities: Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are NOT eligible to apply. However, non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. organizations are eligible. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed.
