Overall: This NOFO is limited to domestic applicant organizations. Foreign (non-U.S.) organizations and non-domestic components of U.S. organizations are not eligible to apply; however, foreign components (as defined in the NIH GPS) are allowed within applications from eligible domestic institutions.
