Applicant organizations must complete required registrations prior to submission and maintain them: SAM.gov (active and renewed at least annually; domestic orgs receive/maintain CAGE code), NCAGE code for foreign organizations (to register in SAM), Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) used consistently across all registrations and the application, eRA Commons (with at least one Signing Official and one PD/PI account), and Grants.gov (requires active SAM).
