DARPA’s Biological Technologies Office is seeking bold, high-impact research that uses biological properties, processes, or bio-inspired approaches to dramatically improve protection for U.S. warfighters. They want revolutionary ideas that could create game-changing capabilities, not small or incremental upgrades to existing technologies. Proposals that only improve the current state of practice in an evolutionary way will not be considered.
