The U.S. Embassy Port Louis Public Diplomacy Section is inviting organizations to submit a Statement of Interest (SOI) for projects that enhance relationships between the U.S., Mauritius, and Seychelles. This is the initial phase in which applicants present a 1-page project idea and objectives. Successful SOIs will be asked to submit full proposals for further evaluation.
