The Atmosphere Cluster (AC) under the Division of Atmospheric and Geospace Sciences supports fundamental research on atmospheric processes, covering chemical, physical, and dynamic aspects that affect clouds, climate, weather, and the water cycle. This includes studies on atmospheric gases, climate dynamics, paleoclimate, atmospheric motions, and meteorology using modeling, experiments, and observations.
