The Emergency Supplemental Historic Preservation Fund (ESHPF) provides $48 million in grants for historical and cultural resource recovery in areas hit by major natural disasters in 2023 and 2024. Eligible applicants include States, Tribes, local governments, and nonprofits in disaster-declared areas. Grants are competitive and don't require matching funds.
