Support for Research Excellence (SuRE) Program

Description
SuRE awards support research by full-time faculty at resource-limited institutions who are not currently funded by NIH Research Project Grants, except for SuRE or SuRE-First awards. The goal is to offer high-quality research experiences for undergraduate and graduate students and boost the scientific research culture at these institutions.

- Public/State-Controlled Institutions of Higher Education (U.S.) that award BA/BS and/or graduate degrees in biomedical sciences and meet SuRE institutional thresholds
- Private Institutions of Higher Education (U.S.) that award BA/BS and/or graduate degrees in biomedical sciences and meet SuRE institutional thresholds
