Program: NSF Process Systems, Reaction Engineering, and Molecular Thermodynamics (part of the Chemical Process Systems cluster with Catalysis, Electrochemical Systems, and Interfacial Engineering)

Goal

  • Fund fundamental engineering research that advances reaction engineering, process systems science, and molecular thermodynamics to design/optimize chemical reactors, create novel materials, and improve sustainable manufacturing (including electrification of processes).
