The FY25 Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program Idea Award supports innovative and high-risk cancer research ideas that could significantly advance knowledge, patient care, or treatment options, especially within the Military Health System. The award encourages creative and novel research rather than incremental advances or model switching. Preliminary data is not needed, but a strong scientific rationale is essential. The funding includes both direct and indirect costs.
