This upcoming grant aims to improve care for people living with dementia and their caregivers. Although the application details are not yet available, the program will focus on: enhancing local capacity to provide culturally relevant care, expanding services in clinical settings, planning for long-term sustainability of Tribal and Urban Indian Health programs, and sharing successful care models and practices developed locally.
