Description
- Opportunity: Upcoming construction contracting opportunity to upgrade electrical service at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS) Fort Wayne Campus, IN.
- Purpose: Expand electrical capacity to meet current and future facility needs.
- Scope of work:
- Remove existing electrical equipment and generators from Building 16.
- Demolish Building 16.
- Expand Building 1 basement by 6,600 sq ft to house new primary switchgear and generators.
The primary purpose of this project is to provide a new electrical service upgrade for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs NIHCS Ft. Wayne Campus.
