Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities are not eligible to apply. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed within applications from eligible U.S. organizations. Eligible Individuals (PD/PI): Any individual(s) with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to carry out the proposed research may serve as PD/PI. Multiple PDs/PIs are allowed.
