The U.S. Department of Labor plans to award a Cooperative Agreement to the International Labor Organization for a project aimed at supporting labor stakeholders in Brazil and the Latin America and Caribbean region. The project focuses on implementing agreements to promote decent work and tackle child labor, forced labor, and other labor violations. The agreement will be awarded without competition due to the unique qualifications of the recipient.
