• This is not an open grant competition. The award will be given directly to a selected provider (sole-source), so most organizations cannot apply.
• Funding will be issued through task orders using two pricing types:
• Firm-Fixed Price (FFP): a set price for specific deliverables.
• Time-and-Materials (T&M): payment based on hours worked and materials used.
• Expect multiple task orders over time, each specifying scope, budget, and payment type.

The contract is non-competetively awarded with FFP and TM task orders for funding.
