The Algorithms for Modern Power Systems (AMPS) program funds research projects aimed at creating advanced mathematical and statistical algorithms to enhance the security, reliability, and efficiency of modern power grids. It is a collaborative effort between the National Science Foundation's Division of Mathematical Sciences and the Department of Energy's Office of Electricity Delivery & Energy Reliability.
