Purpose

  • Fund education and outreach that clearly ties to fair housing laws and potential violations, helping people understand their rights and how to act on them.

What’s required for all projects

  • Every activity and cost must directly relate to fair housing laws and share a common theme.
  • Projects must ensure meaningful access and effective communication for all protected classes (e.g., accessible formats, translations, accommodations).
