Foreign/Non-domestic entities: Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) are NOT eligible to apply. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are NOT eligible to apply. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed.
